The defendant's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 149 Conn.App. 448, 89 A.3d 405, is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate Court properly determine that the trial court correctly sustained the plaintiffs appeals from the determinations of the defendant, the Enfield Planning and Zoning Commission?”
