State v. Jackson

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
Nov 16, 1977
353 So. 2d 1183 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1977)

Opinion

No. GG-376.

October 14, 1977. Rehearing Denied November 16, 1977.

Interlocutory Appeal from Circuit Court, Duval County; Louis Safer, Judge.

Robert L. Shevin, Atty. Gen., and A.S. Johnston, Asst. Atty. Gen., for appellant.

Donald G. Nichols, of Dawson, Galant, Maddox, Sulik Nichols, Jacksonville, for appellee.

When we consider the evidence on the question of the voluntariness of the statements and admissions of appellee in the light most favorable to appellee, which we must do, we find no error in the trial court granting the motion to suppress same.

AFFIRMED.

McCORD, C.J., and MILLS and ERVIN, JJ., concur.
