PER CURIAM.

We reverse the order granting Ronald Jackson's motion to dismiss on the basis that section 893.13, Florida Statutes (2011), is unconstitutional. See State v. Adkins, 96 So.3d 412 (Fla.2012). We remand for further proceedings.

Reversed and remanded.
