ORDER

Upon consideration of the petition filed by Defendant on the 30th of November 2020 in this matter for a writ of certiorari to review the orders of the North Carolina Court of Appeals and the Superior Court, Wake County, the following order was entered and is hereby certified to the North Carolina Court of Appeals and the Wake County Superior Court:
