Alexander C. Cambier and Multnomah Defenders, Inc., filed the brief for appellant.

Ellen F. Rosenblum, Attorney General, Benjamin Gutman, Solicitor General, and Cecil A. Reniche-Smith, Assistant Attorney General, filed the brief for respondent.

Before Lagesen, Presiding Judge, and DeVore, Judge, and James, Judge.

PER CURIAMThe trial court entered a judgment committing appellant to the custody of the Mental Health Division after determining that he was dangerous to himself and unable to provide for his basic personal needs. See ORS 426.005 (1)(f)(A), (B). On appeal, appellant argues that the record does not contain legally sufficient evidence for involuntary commitment. The state concedes that the record is legally insufficient in that regard and that the judgment of commitment should be reversed. We agree and accept the state's concession.

Reversed.
