STATE of Wisconsin, Plaintiff–Respondent, v. Joseph D. INGRAM, Defendant–Appellant.

The trial court also concluded that the search was permissible because Ingram had consented. Based on those conclusions, the trial court denied the motion to suppress. This appeal follows. (Bolding added.)
