ORDER

PER CURIAM

Defendant Sammie Hubbard ("Hubbard") appeals from the judgment of the Circuit Court of St. Louis County entered on a jury verdict convicting him of one count of second-degree rape, two counts of sodomy, and one count of domestic assault. Hubbard raises to points on appeal. We have reviewed the briefs of the parties and the record on appeal and conclude that no reversible error occurred.

No jurisprudential purpose would be served by a written opinion. However, we have provided a memorandum setting forth the reasons for our decision to the parties for their use only. We affirm the judgment of the circuit court pursuant to Missouri Supreme Court Rule 30.25(b) (2022).
