No. 60655.

August 4, 1992.

APPEAL FROM THE CIRCUIT COURT OF CITY OF ST. LOUIS; THOMAS M. O'SHEA, JUDGE.

John Klosterman, St. Louis, for defendant, appellant.

William L. Webster, Atty. Gen., Robert Alan Kelly, Asst. Atty. Gen., Jefferson City, for plaintiff, respondent.

ORDER

Defendant appeals his conviction by a jury of possession of a controlled substance. We affirm. We have reviewed the record and find the claims of error are without merit. The parties have been furnished with a memorandum opinion for their information only, setting forth the facts and reasons for this order pursuant to Rules 30.25(b).
