Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Scott County, John A. Nahra, Judge.

Defendant appeals from a judgment and sentence entered upon his conviction for possession of crack cocaine with intent to deliver.

Defendant Quinton S. Howard appeals from a judgment and sentence entered upon his conviction for possession of crack cocaine with intent to deliver. We affirm. See Iowa R. App. P. 6.24(2).
