Howard; (ii) Motion for Substitution of Counsel (the "Substitution Motion") filed Mr. Howard; and (iii) the Court's Opinion (the "Opinion") dated August 15, 2016 addressing (a) Defendant's Amended Motion for Postconviction Relief Pursuant to Superior Court Criminal Rule 61 and (b) the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel Pursuant to Rule 61(e)(6); and the record in this case:
