STAY DENIED. WRIT NOT CONSIDERED. This court cannot adequately review the trial court's ruling. Relator failed to include the notice of intent and return date, the ruling at issue, the indictment, the pertinent court minutes, and a declaration that includes service with the addresses and telephone numbers of opposing counsel and the judge and an electronic signature. Supplementation of this writ application and/or an application for rehearing will not be considered. See Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal, Rules 2-18.7 & 4-9.
