STATE of Iowa, Plaintiff–Appellee, v. Mark Alan HOLZHAUSER, Defendant–Appellant.

Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Polk County, Christopher L. McDonald, Judge. Mark Holzhauser appeals his convictions and sentences following a jury's verdict finding him guilty of possession of methamphetamine, failure to affix a drug tax stamp, and possession of marijuana.
