The defendant's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 59 Conn. App. 484 (AC 18790), is granted, limited to the following issue:

"Under the circumstances of this case, did the defendant's rights to due process and compulsory process require the state to either immunize a defense witness or to have the case against the defendant dismissed?"

The Supreme Court docket number is SC 16410.
