ORDER
The Court previously an Order requesting a response from the Appellant on counsel's motion to withdraw in this matter.
It has come to the Court's attention that the caption on the Order was incorrect. The caption above is accurate. In the future the parties shall proceed using the corrected caption as noted above. With the exception of the caption, the previous Order stands.
Appellant in this matter shall file a response to this motion within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order. The response must be served upon all counsel of record, including the Attorney General, the County Attorney, and the Appellate Defender Office.
The Clerk of Court give notice of the Order by mail to all counsel of record and to the Appellant at his last known address.
