Sua sponte, respondent ordered to file a response, if any, to relators’ emergency motion for writ of prohibition or mandamus no later than 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 24, 2024. No requests or stipulations for extension of time shall be filed, and the clerk of the court shall refuse to file any requests or stipulations for extension of time.
