       PER CURIAM.

The state brought this action in equity to enjoin defendant from operating a children's boarding home until she had complied with chapter 237, Code, 1958, I.C.A., and obtained a license from the state board of social welfare as required by said chapter. The case was tried to the court and decree as prayed was entered. Defendant's appeal from the decree comes to us upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no error. Hence the decree is

       Affirmed.
