STATE OF LOUISIANA v. DONALD RAY HARRIS

In Re: Donald Ray Harris, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 12-16-0534. BEFORE: WHIPPLE, C.J., GUIDRY AND McCLENDON, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. The record of the Clerk of Court of East Baton Rouge Parish reflects that relator has been billed and arraigned for the charge at issue in his "Motion for Fast and Speedy Trial 701(A)(B)(C)(D)(E)(F) Motion to Quash Articles 531 and 532(7)." Therefore, a request for release under La. Code Crira. P. art. 701(B) is moot. See State v. Varmall, 539 So.2d 45 (La. 1989) (per curiam).
