STATE OF LOUISIANA v. WILMER HARRIS


In Re: Wilmer Harris, applying for supervisory writs, 21st Judicial District Court, Parish of Tangipahoa, No. 1-103367.

BEFORE: PETTIGREW, MCDONALD AND McCLENDON, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. We are advised by the office of the Clerk of Court of Tangipahoa Parish that it has no record of receiving a motion for production of preliminary examination transcripts, which relator claims he filed on June 25, 2013. Relator should file the motion with the clerk of court of the district court before seeking relief from this Court.
