ORDER

Per Curiam:

Stuart Harold appeals from a judgment convicting him of burglary in the first degree, arguing that the evidence was insufficient to show that when he unlawfully entered the Anson residence, he did so with the intent of assaulting Nicholas Haill. We affirm. Rule 30.25(b).
