PER CURIAM.

We reverse the circuit court's November 30, 2011, order dismissing count 1 of the information against Appellee for possession of a controlled substance under section 893.13(6)(a), Florida Statutes (2011), and we remand this case to the circuit court for further proceedings. See State v. Adkins, 96 So.3d 412 (Fla.2012).

Reversed and remanded.
