STATE OF LOUISIANA v. DERRICK E. GREEN

In Re: Derrick E. Green, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 05-14-0463.

BEFORE: PARRO, McDONALD, AND CRAIN, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. The records of the office of the Clerk of Court of East Baton Rouge Parish indicate that relator has been billed for the charges at issue in his habeas petition. Therefore, a petition for a writ of habeas corpus seeking release under La. Code Crim. P. art. 701(B) is moot. See State v. Varmall, 539 So.2d 45 (La. 1989)(per curiam).
