DECISION ORDER

Defendant, Eric Shaw Gibson, appeals from his conviction on one count of misconduct involving weapons. He represented himself at trial. On appeal, he contends only that there was no valid waiver of his right to counsel. Gibson made the same argument in connection with his appeal from his convictions for robbery, which we addressed in our memorandum decision in 1 CA-CR 11-0489, filed February 5, 2013.

For the reasons expressed in that decision, we affirm Gibson's conviction and sentence in this appeal.
