MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM:

In a published opinion, the Kansas Court of Appeals vacated the district court's order assessing pretrial release supervision costs against the defendant and remanded the case to the district court with directions to impose no more than the maximum costs of $15 per week as allowed under K.S.A.2009 Supp. 22–2802(15). State v. Gardner, 45 Kan.App.2d 212, 244 P.3d 1292 (2011). We granted the State's petition for review. After considering the briefs, the record on appeal, and the relevant statutes, we have determined that the petition should be dismissed as improvidently granted, and we approve the Court of Appeals' opinion and disposition of the case per Rule 8.03(h)(1) ( 2011 Kan. Ct. R. Annot. 73).
