Michael K. Hill, Kansas City, MO, Counsel for Appellant.

Before Division One: Alok Ahuja, Presiding Judge, Lisa White Hardwick, Judge, Anthony Rex Gabbert, Judge

ORDER

Per Curiam:

Panom Gai appeals from a judgment, entered on a jury verdict, convicting him of one count of involuntary manslaughter, one count of assault in the second degree, and two counts of armed criminal action. On appeal, Gai contends that the circuit court plainly erred in finding Gai a prior felony offender under Section 558.016, arguing that the out-of-state judgment offered by the State to prove Gai's prior felony conviction was inadmissible. We affirm. 30.25(b).
