ORDER

PER CURIAM

Matthew Gaghen ("Appellant") appeals from the trial court’s judgment, following a jury trial, of driving while intoxicated ("DWI"), in violation of Section 577.010 RSMo, careless and imprudent driving, in violation of Section 304.012, and failure to maintain financial responsibility, in violation of Section 303.025. He was sentenced to thirty days in jail for the DWI, plus a fine of $143 and another fine of $93 for the additional respective charges.

We have reviewed the briefs of the parties and the record on appeal and find no error of law. No jurisprudential purpose would be served by a written opinion. However, the parties have been furnished with a memorandum for their information only, setting forth the facts and reasons for this order.

The judgment is affirmed pursuant to Rule 30.25(b).
