This cause is here on appeal from the Court of Common Pleas of Summit County. Upon review of the record, it is ordered by the court, sua sponte, that the state of Ohio shall transcribe and file with the Clerk of this court a transcript of State's Exhibits 87 and 88 within twenty days of the date of this order.
