Decided August 11, 1947.

A proceeding involving the ruling of the district court on a motion of the executor of the estate of a deceased person to reinstate a cause which had been dismissed on appeal and remanded to the county court because of lack of progress in the district court. The motion was denied.

Error to the District Court of El Paso County, Hon. G. Russell Miller, Judge.
