The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 10th day of January 2005 by Amicus by ACLU of NC and NCATL for Extension of Time to File Amicus Brief:
Motion Allowed. Amicus (ACLU of NC NCATL) shall have up to and including the 13th day of January 2005 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 11th day of January 2005.
