STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Shawn P. FLAHERTY, Appellant.

Dora Fichter, Jefferson City, for Respondent. Christian Lehmberg, for Appellant.

Dora Fichter, Jefferson City, for Respondent.

Christian Lehmberg, for Appellant.

Division Two: W. Douglas Thomson, Presiding Judge, Lisa White Hardwick, Judge and Edward R. Ardini, Jr., Judge

ORDER

PER CURIAM:

Shawn Flaherty appeals his convictions for second-degree domestic assault and armed criminal action following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Buchanan County. Flaherty asserts the trial court abused its discretion in admitting evidence of the events that occurred after his wife was shot during a domestic dispute. Finding no abuse of discretion, we affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have instead provided a memorandum of law to the parties. Rule 30.25(b).
