STATE OF LOUISIANA v. DEAN FAVRON

In Re: Dean Favron, applying for supervisory writs, 23rd Judicial District Court, Parish of Ascension, No. 27,216. BEFORE: GUIDRY, WELCH AND THERIOT, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. The records of the Ascension Parish Clerk's Office reflect relator was convicted and was sentenced in this case. Thus, the request for mandamus relief regarding a pretrial motion is moot. The records further reflect that the district court acted on relator's motion to act as co-counsel on September 16, 2014 and we are advised that the court is proceeding towards disposition on relator's subsequent discovery-request.
