For the reasons assigned in State v. Kyle, 592 So.2d 811 (La. 1992), consolidated for argument with this case and also decided this day, the judgment of the trial court granting the motion to quash is reversed and this case is remanded to the district court for further proceedings in accord with the law.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
