This cause is pending before the court as an appeal from the Court of Appeals for Butler County.
It is ordered by the court, sua sponte, that the briefing schedule is temporarily stayed pending a ruling on appellee's motion for stay of briefing. It is further ordered that appellant shall file a response to the motion for stay of briefing no later than Wednesday, August 3, 2011.
