STATE OF LOUISIANA v. UTIBE NOBLE ENIME

In Re: Utibe Noble Enime, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 03-13-0311.

BEFORE: WHIPPLE, C.J., McCLENDON AND HIGGINBOTHAM, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. We are informed by the office of the Clerk of Court of East Baton Rouge Parish that relator has been billed for the charge at issue in his motion for release. Therefore, a petition for a writ of habeas corpus seeking release under La. Code Crim. P. art. 701(B) is moot. See State v. Varmall, 539 So. 2d 45 (La. 1989) (per curiam).
