       PER CURIAM.

       This case comes to us upon a Clerk's Transcript.

       Defendant was charged in an indictment with the offense of Robbery with Aggravation as defined in sections 711.1 and 711.2, Code of Iowa 1954, I.C.A. He pleaded not guilty. Upon trial to a jury he was convicted as charged and sentenced by the court to serve a term of 25 years in the State penitentiary at Fort Madison, and to pay the costs of the case. Defendant has appealed.

       We find no error and the judgment is therefore affirmed.
