The defendant's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 135 Conn.App. 438, 41 A.3d 1183, is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate Court properly determine that the admission of a protective order issued against the defendant, as impeachment evidence, constituted harmless error?”
