ORDER
On November 24, 2015, we abated this appeal and withdrew it from submission for the trial court to make findings of fact and conclusions of law. A supplemental clerk's record containing the trial court's findings of fact and conclusions of law has been filed. Therefore, we order that this appeal is reinstated and set for submission on briefs on February 22, 2016 before a panel consisting of Justice Martinez, Justice Alvarez, and Justice Chapa.
