PER CURIAM:

1Writ granted in part; otherwise denied. If the question of defendant’s competency remains unanswered, the parties are hereby ordered to furnish whatever records they deem necessary to the sanity commission within 30 days of this order. The trial court is ordered to conduct a contradictory hearing pursuant to La.C.Cr.P. art. 647 within 30 days of its receipt of the sanity commission’s report. See La.C.Cr.P. art. 645(B) ("The report of the sanity commission shall be filed in triplicate with the presiding judge within thirty days after the date of the order of appointment."). In all other respects, the writ is denied.
