       PER CURIAM.

       Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with the crime of false drawing of a check, in violation of section 713.3, Code, 1962, I.C.A. He entered a plea of guilty and was sentenced to a term of not more than seven years in the men's penitentiary at Fort Madison as provided in Code sections 713.1 and 713.3. Defendant's appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no error. Hence the judgment is

       Affirmed.
