Substitute information charging the defendant with the crimes of attempt to riot at a correctional institution and inciting injury to persons, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven and tried to the jury before Fracasse, J.; verdict and judgment of guilty, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.

Timothy C. Moynahan, with whom, on the brief, was Ronald J. Barba, for the appellant (defendant).
