       PER CURIAM.

       Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with the crime of larceny in the night time in violation of section 709.4, Code 1962, I.C.A. He entered a plea of guilty to the lesser, included offense of larceny of property of the value of more than $20 in violation of Code sections 709.1 and 709.2, I.C.A. He was sentenced under § 709.2 to a term of one year in the county jail. Defendant's appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no error. Hence the judgment is

       Affirmed.
