A jury convicted William Crabtree of bail jumping and he appealed. Crabtree died on February 2, 2008. His counsel on appeal contends, and the State concedes, that there is insufficient evidence to support his conviction. We accept the concession and reverse and dismiss.
Reversed and dismissed.
