STATE OF LOUISIANA v. JAMIE COOPER


In Re: Jamie Cooper, applying for supervisory writs, 21st Judicial District Court, Parish of Livingston, No. 27667. BEFORE: WHIPPLE, C.J., GUIDRY AND McCLENDON, JJ.

WRIT DENIED AS MOOT. The record of the Clerk of Court of Livingston Parish reflects that the postconviction hearing transcript was filed into the record and forwarded to relator on September 23, 2016. After relator receives a copy of the postconviction hearing transcript, he may file a supervisory writ with this Court by or before January 17, 2017 without the necessity of obtaining a return date from the district court.
