ORDER


Ronald L. Coats appeals his criminal conviction by a jury for the possession of more than thirty-five grams of marijuana, § 195.202, and the subsequent denial, after an evidentiary hearing, of his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief. Coats was sentenced to a term of six years as a prior offender under § 558.016 and § 557.036.4.

Unless otherwise noted, all statutory references are to RSMo 1994.

Judgment affirmed. Rules 30.25(b) and 84.16(b).
