IN RE: NORMAN CLARK APPLYING FOR SUPERVISORY WRITS OF CERTIORARI AND/OR REVIEW, MANDAMUS AND PROHIBITION.


Granted. The trial judge is ordered to hold an evidentiary hearing to establish the factual basis in the record for the transfer of applicant to Angola.

BARHAM and TATE, JJ., are of opinion a full grant of relief is merited returning relator to Parish Prison. See dissents in State ex rel. Matthews v. Henderson, La., 292 So.2d 496 (1974) and State ex rel. Powell v. Henderson, La., 301 So.2d 46 (1974).
