ORDER

Per Curiam:

Robert B. Clark, Sr. ("Clark") appeals from the judgment of the Circuit Court of Cole County, Missouri (" ‘Trial court") convicting him, after a jury trial, of one count of assault in the third degree, section 565.054 as a persistent offender. On appeal, Clark asserts the trial court erred in overruling his motion to dismiss based on a violation of Clark’s right to a speedy trial. We affirm the judgment of the trial court. Rule 30.25(b).
