In light of the decision in State v. Harris, 29 Fla. L. Weekly S230 (Fla. May 13, 2004), we reverse and remand for consideration of the State's petition to commit appellant as a sexually violent predator. See also Murray v. Regier, 27 Fla. L. Weekly S1008 (Fla. Dec. 5, 2002).
