ORDER
A petition for certification of the judgment in A-001037-21 having been submitted to this Court, and the Court having considered the same;
It is ORDERED that the petition for certification is granted, and the matter is summarily remanded to the Superior Court, Law Division for resentencing. In those proceedings, the trial court shall apply mitigating factor 14, N.J.S.A. 2C:44-l(b)(14). Jurisdiction is not retained.
