RECONSIDERATION OF PRIOR DECISIONS
Cuyahoga App. No. 95348, 2011-Ohio-2281. Reported at 129 Ohio St.3d 1492, 2011-Ohio-5129, 954 N.E.2d 663. On motion for reconsideration. Motion granted and the appeal is accepted. The Clerk shall issue an order for the transmittal of the record from the Court of Appeals for Cuyahoga County, and the parties shall brief this case in accordance with the Rules of Practice of the Supreme Court of Ohio.
O'Donnell and Lanzinger JJ., would grant reconsideration, accept the appeal and hold the cause of the decision in 2011-1066, State v. Brunning, Cuyahoga App. No. 95376, 2011-Ohio-1936.
