Opinion

No. SC14–2021.

STATE of Florida, Petitioner(s) v. Christopher BURTON, Respondent(s).

Opinion

Upon review of the response to the Courtfs order to show cause dated April 28, 2015, the Court has determined that it should decline to exercise jurisdiction in this case. See Falcon v. State, 162 So.3d 954 (Fla.2015), and Horsley v. State, 160 So.3d 393 (Fla.2015). The petition for discretionary review is, therefore, denied and the stay of proceedings, ordered on October 29, 2014, is hereby lifted.

No motion for rehearing will be entertained by the Court. See Fla. R.App. P. 9.330(d)(2).

LABARGA, C.J., and PARIENTE, LEWIS, QUINCE, CANADY, POLSTON, and PERRY, JJ., concur.
