The defendant's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 152 Conn.App. 140, 100 A.3d 6, is granted, limited to the following issues:

“1. Did the Appellate Court properly fail to address the defendant's free speech and journalistic privilege claims on the ground that they were inadequately briefed?

“2. Did the Appellate Court properly determine that the evidence introduced at trial was sufficient to convict the defendant of harassment in the second degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a–183(a)(2)?” ROGERS, C.J., did not participate in the consideration of or decision on this petition.
